Tender & Logistics Solutions Engineer

At Hays we are seeking a Tender and Logistics Solutions Engineer to optimize transport flows, implement cost strategies, and collaborate with the team to ensure supply chain efficiency, joining the HORSE team.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Leading transport and XDock projects, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and budgets are met.
  • Collaborating with teams to resolve issues and ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve transport flow efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Estimating total logistics costs for the project and developing budgets.
  • Implementing project risk management practices.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve transport flow efficiency.
  • Overseeing the tender process for transport and XDock services.
  • Working closely with the operations team to identify and address challenges.


What we are looking for:


  • 3-4 years of experience.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Transport Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain, project management, tender processes, supply chain engineering, or a similar field.
  • High level of English and Spanish; another European language (French) is a plus.
