Responsabilities:
Talent & Performance management
  • Throughout the year:
    • Keep databased updated with latest review manager assignments (in HRIS)
    • Develop ability to download bespoke people data reports and show emerging appetite to get involved in analysis to help create people data charts and slides for special projects.
    • Work with Primalogik account manager to ensure requisite adjustments to the system are built
  • Year-end (Primalogik)
    • Working with HRIS Administrator, upload review manager data into Primalogik
    • Support batch launch and updates in Primalogik (nominations, feedback and manager forms)
    • Export summaries and format to pdf packs (includes creating a contents page with new page numbers, merging files etc)
  • Sector talent meetings/People strategy meetings:
    • Assist with creating bespoke ppt decks for each meeting.

New hire orientation
  • Support scheduling of North America and Europe/rest of world orientation week for IP
  • Deliver new federation on-boarding (in light of recent growth in Madrid and Tampa)

Learning & Development
  • Facilitate and track delivery of various established trainings globally (ensure all IPs do the Hogan, annual feedback training, federation director training, leadership development modules)
  • Support execution of learning journeys especially for the Federation, Associate and Vice-President population.
  • Help deliver bespoke training for affinity groups (i.e. PWN comms workshops)
  • Provide constant follow up to ensure the roll-out of learning journeys are on track

Culture & engagement
  • Assist with executing employee engagement initiatives and action plans that result from annual culture survey
  • Support the deliver of Firmwide culture building programmes (i.e. Partner speaker series, new Peaks & Troughs speaker series, new London Connectivity Committee and their various initiatives etc.)

Diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI)
  • Partner across organization to track and support implementation of diversity and inclusion efforts (LGTBQ+ launch event, various breakfast/lunch gatherings etc)
  • Coordinate internal DEI calendar of communications
