At Hays, we are looking for a Supply Chain Manager for one of our clients based in Valencia.

Mission:

Ensure an efficient, agile, and aligned supply chain with the technical and productive needs of the company, coordinating the purchasing, planning, logistics, and warehouse areas to guarantee timely supply with appropriate cost and quality.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise demand and production planning in coordination with the Technical and Commercial Management.
  • Develop a purchasing strategy and identify necessary suppliers for proper supply.
  • Evaluate and approve suppliers, establishing agreements on quality, service, and cost.
  • Ensure the timely and proper supply of materials, components, and services.
  • Optimize logistics and warehouse processes, ensuring traceability, inventory control, and efficiency.
  • Monitor supply chain KPIs, identifying deviations and proposing improvements.
  • Collaborate with other departments (production, technical, commercial) to align workflows.
Education:

  • Industrial/Organizational Engineering
  • Advanced English
Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years in a similar position.
