Senior Salesforce Developer

Position: Senior Salesforce Developer Location: Tech Hub – Hybrid/Remote Department: Enterprise Applications & Digital Platforms
Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our enterprise technology team, contributing to the design and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions that support core compañía operations. Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement Salesforce solutions tailored to business requirements.
  • Translate functional needs into technical workflows and solution concepts.
  • Customize Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components to enhance process efficiency.
  • Integrate Salesforce with platforms such as SAP, Microsoft 365, and other enterprise systems.
  • Coordinate with external development teams to ensure alignment with internal standards and project goals.
Candidate Profile
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Solid experience with Salesforce development tools and frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills to convert business needs into technical solutions.
  • Proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
  • Suitable for professionals with 3+ years of experience or strong early-career candidates with hands-on exposure.
