We are currently in search of a Sales Support Administrative to join a project.

What are the functions?

Master the company's pricing structure, products, and services to deliver accurate and competitive quotes.
Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Representatives to tailor quotes based on customer requirements, addressing inquiries and resolving pricing-related issues.
Manage the end-to-end quoting process, ensuring a streamlined workflow and maintaining detailed records for future reference.
Stay updated on product offerings, technical specifications, and industry trends to provide customers with accurate information and recommendations.
Utilize CRM systems and sales tools proficiently to manage customer interactions and maintain a comprehensive view of the sales pipeline.
Actively pursue training and development in sales techniques, product knowledge, and industry developments.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align pricing and quoting strategies with overall business objectives.
Play a key role in driving efficient sales operations, demonstrating expertise in quoting, customer support, process management, product knowledge, technology utilization, ongoing development, and collaborative team efforts.

What are the requirements?

At least 2 years of experience.
Fluent English, spoken and written.
Valuable experience in Oracle.
Customer orientation and results.
Autonomous profile.
