✈️ Expatriation Opportunity – Lead a Luxury Hotel Project in Barbados (Starting January 2026)

At Hays, we are recruiting four key professionals for a major international project: the construction of a luxury hotel in Barbados, with over €30 million invested in technical installations alone. The hiring company is a leading multinational in the mechanical and electrical installations sector, known for delivering high-complexity projects worldwide.

Roles to be filled:
  1. Project Manager Senior professional responsible for contract management, client communication, and budget control. This role oversees the entire installation scope and leads the site teams.
  2. Mechanical Site Manager In charge of executing HVAC, plumbing, and thermal systems. Must be able to lead on-site teams and ensure technical quality.
  3. Electrical Site Manager Responsible for coordinating and supervising all electrical installations, ensuring compliance with deadlines, regulations, and quality standards.
  4. Low Voltage & Telecom Site Manager Specialist in telecommunications, networks, security systems, access control, and signal installations. Ensures proper execution of all low-voltage systems.
About the project: This is a high-end hotel development with complex technical requirements and international standards. The selected professionals will work under an expatriation package, ensuring a smooth and supported relocation.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in large-scale installation projects.
  • Availability to relocate to Barbados starting January 2026.
  • Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Previous experience in hotel or international projects is highly valued.
Expatriation Package:
  • International contract with competitive conditions.
  • Housing, car, and health insurance provided.
  • Annual salary: €80,000 – €100,000, depending on experience.
