FMCG Industry

Are you ready to lead a cutting-edge manufacturing plant with over 500 employees and a highly skilled team?

We are looking for a Plant Manager for a major facility within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, featuring automated processes, high production volumes, and a continuously growing environment.


Location: European Union (EU work permit required)
Languages: Fluent English and Spanish
Reporting to: Global Operations Director


Key Requirements:


  • Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial operations
  • At least 5 years as a Plant Manager in competitive and fast-paced environments
  • Background in the FMCG sector, ideally with high-volume production.
  • Experience in the beverage industry will be highly valued.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, implement procedures, and thrive in growing organizations
  • Strategic mindset, result orientation, and strong leadership capabilities
