We are seeking an experienced Infor M3 Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects related to the Infor M3 ERP platform. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams, ensure alignment with compañía goals, and deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope.

Salary conditions between 50.000€ - 55.000€ gross/year

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of Infor M3 implementation, upgrade, or optimization projects
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
Manage project governance, including risk, issue, and change management
Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, compañía, external partners) across multiple regions
Ensure alignment between compañía requirements and technical solutions within Infor M3
Monitor project progress and provide regular reporting to senior management
Manage budgets, resources, and project planning activities
Drive interesada engagement and communication at all organizational levels
Ensure compliance with internal standards, methodologies, and best practices
Support testing phases (SIT, UAT) and go-live readiness.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a Project Manager in ERP environments, preferably with Infor M3
Strong knowledge of Infor M3 modulas (Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, etc.)
Experience managing full-cycle ERP implementations or rollouts
Familiarity with integration tools within the Infor ecosystem (e.g., ION, MEC, APIs)
Strong understanding of compañía processes in manufacturing, distribution, or retail
Excellent interesados management and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in multi-country or global projects
Knowledge of Agile / Waterfall methodologies
PMP, Prince2, or equivalent certification
Experience working with Infor CloudSuite (M3)
