Director of Information Technology

Lead the Group’s technology and data transformation by establishing an integrated, scalable, and secure architecture that supports international growth. Turn technology into a direct enabler of compañía impact by simplifying the current ecosystem, consolidating a single reliable source of information, and maximizing return on investment (ROI) through the principles of scalability, standardization, and operational efficiency. This role will be key in the global implementation and optimization of Salesforce as a central pillar of the digital roadmap.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Digital Transformation & Salesforce
  • Lead the global implementation, stabilization, and optimization of Salesforce.
  • Design and enhance the commercial ecosystem (Contact Center + CRM).
  • Automate critical processes across the customer lifecycle.
  • Drive system adoption across all commercial and operational teams.
  • Ensure Salesforce becomes a platform focused on insights, efficiency, and conversion.
2. Technology Architecture & Scalability
  • Design a unified and coherent technology architecture.
  • Integrate leading SaaS solutions while maintaining control, integrity, and quality.
  • Define a standard technology model that can be replicated for international expansion.
  • Reduce complexity, obsolescence, and technical debt.
  • Align the technology roadmap with the Group’s global strategy.
3. Financial Efficiency, ROI & Governance
  • Manage the IT budget with discipline, optimization, and a strong ROI orientation.
  • Define and monitor KPIs and SLAs with internal teams and external providers.
  • Optimize technology costs while maintaining service robustness and availability.
  • Translate technology decisions into direct financial impact.
4. Security & Compliance
  • Develop security standards and protocols across multi-site and multi-country environments.
  • Oversee audits, access management, identity governance, and data protection.


PROFILE REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Compañía, Technology, Marketing, or related fields.


Professional Experience:
  • 10+ years leading technology or digital transformation functions.
  • Proven experience delivering full end-to-end technology transformations.
  • Strong experience implementing and optimizing Salesforce and other applications.
  • Experience in international and fast‑growing environments.
  • Experience integrating SaaS solutions under a unified architecture.
  • Ability to translate technology decisions into tangible financial impact.
