QUALITY TECHNICIAN (BASED IN SOUTHERN TAIWAN)



Location: Tainan Area, Southern Taiwan Position: Quality Technician with English Industry: Fasteners / Manufacturing Type: Full‑time

About the Role
We are looking for a Quality Technician to support our quality operations in Southern Taiwan. The selected candidate will be responsible for performing daily product inspections at nearby supplier facilities and reporting results to our international Quality teams.
This role requires a hands‑on professional with strong technical knowledge and the ability to work independently while maintaining close communication with our teams abroad.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform final product inspections (dimensional checks and heat‑treatment verification) before shipment.
  • Conduct daily visits to supplier facilities located near our office.
  • Prepare and submit detailed inspection reports.
  • Follow up on 8D reports submitted by suppliers.
  • Conduct process audits in factories according to project needs.
  • Provide support on quality‑related topics, delivery issues, and new projects.
  • Maintain constant alignment with our Quality teams overseas.
Required Qualifications
  • Certification VDA 6.5 – Product Auditor (mandatory).
  • Previous experience in the fastener industry (essential).
  • Strong knowledge of quality inspection processes.
  • High level of English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work independently and interact with suppliers.

Compensation
  • Gross monthly salary: 67,000 TWD
  • Net monthly salary: 53,000 TWD
  • Approx. €1,800/month + expenses
  • Typical monthly total with expenses: approx. €3,000
Monthly Requirements
  • Submit a monthly expense justification report for all covered costs.
