HRIS Junior Consultant
You’ll play a crucial part in the day-to-day operations in the HRIS Workday of HORSE team.
Daily Run Management:
Acting as the main point of contact for local HR teams located in 7 countries, addressing, and managing their requests promptly.
Providing excellent customer service to internal HR teams, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their queries and concerns.
Conducting data quality review as part of the Data Governance project to ensure accuracy and consistency within the system. Proactively identify and address data discrepancies, working closely with relevant stakeholders to implement corrective measures.
Perform data loads at the request of local or central stakeholders, maintaining data integrity throughout the process.
Continuous development & Change Management:
Support for the HRIS Change Project (framing, workshops participation, country needs documentation)
Deliver one-off training courses for local HR staff
Collaborate cross-functionally with the team
Skills and Competencies Required:
Previous experience in HRIS
Knowledge of HR processes
Analytical mindset
Active listening
Excellent customer service skills
Language Requirements:
English mandatory (French or Spanish are valuable)
