HR Director wanted to lead a Multinational company of the Chemical sector with presence in over 50 countries. Office based in Valles Occidental
Lead HR actions to support the division in achieving its AP & LRP objectives:
Identify, and lead all HR activity related to the major initiatives in the annual plan
Partner with leadership on 80/20 FTB projects, and functional excellence projects. Facilitate organisation redesigns, restructurings, and talent upgrades aligned with these projects
Manage Labour Relations in an international environment to assure Division competitiveness
Develop and implement a strategy to achieve the 2023-2026 objectives around Talent and Culture/Values
Develop and lead division strategy for early identification, alignment, development plans and exposure of high potential talent
Ensure Recruitment strategy in place and efficiency for critical roles
Execute on core HR processes and initiatives:
Including talent planning, recruitment, performance management, total compensation planning, etc.
Keep updated job and compensation banding
Ensure implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives
+5 years of experience leading HR department of a Multinational Company with significant knowledge about the core areas of HR – business partner, talent management, talent acquisition and can align these areas with the business strategy.
Fluent in English
