ocular conditions. Is now looking for a
Health and Safety Manager.

Role will be in charge of identifying, coordinating and improve health and safety within our different teams, while fostering a culture of safety and inclusivity.

1.H&S management:
plan, coordinate, define and manage the activities for our Health&Safety agenda.

2.Safety: ensure a safe workplace for our employees, defining safety standards, assessing risks, implementing necessary improvements, and performing regular site visits to ensure that standards are being respected.

3.Cross-functional Collaboration: work closely with various departments, such as production, design engineering and supply chain, to ensure safety in every organizational change.

4.Legal H&S compliance: follow up legal local requirements, identify and report gaps, and implement corrective actions when needed.

5.Training: provide necessary health & safety training for all employees.

6.Health & Safety audits: conduct regular audits to ensure that H&S directives are correctly implemented and followed.

7.Health: liaise with our external partners to ensure our employees’ health (annual medical exams, external risk prevention providers, etc.)

8.Working councils:
lead health&safety regular meetings with our working councils.

9.Process Optimization: review, refine, and recommend improvements to business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

10.Health promotion:
lead initiatives to promote physical and mental health within our employees.

11.Compliance: ensure that processes and procedures adhere to industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

Bachelor's degree in psychology, law, business, engineering, or a related field.

Official Master's Degree in health & safety with at least 3 specialties.

5 years of experience in a similar role in industry.
