ROLE SUMMARY


Reporting to the EMEA Senior Growth Marketing Manager, y ou will be part of the EMEA Marketing team which provides guidance and support to 12 countries in the EMEA region.

You’ll own the EMEA CRM strategy and ensure that the right conversion and retention programs are in place to effectively growth the databases and increase Hays’ customer lifetime value.

You’ll be responsible for designing and project managing the implementation of regional CRM campaigns aimed at strengthening our customer relationship.

Thanks to your knowledge and expertise, you’ll be the point of contact regarding CRM activities and support local marketers in defining the right campaigns and communications for their clients and candidates.

Besides the above CRM responsibilities, you’ll also manage the regional Marketing Qualified Leads strategy. You’ll make sure that enough leads are correctly identified and shared with the business to support continuous growth and that the right processes are in place to maximise both customer satisfaction and conversion.

We’re looking for an experienced and talented CRM specialist with a proven track record in CRM and lead management. You are the right person if you feel comfortable around data and can come up with creative solutions to overcome the company’s challenges.

Our ideal candidate has experience working in a multicultural environment and can manage several projects with different stakeholders at the same time. A curious mindset and the willingness to go the extra mile are also necessary.

SPECIFIC RESPONSABILITIES

  • Manage and optimise the Contact Strategy for EMEA
  • Oversee Hays’ customer journeys, identify main touch points and ensure that they are covered by the regional or local CRM programs
  • Create and project manage the local implementation of new CRM programs
  • Create and help roll out EMEA CRM campaigns
  • Manage and improve local MQL activities
  • Work collaboratively with the EMEA Business Analyst to implement new MQL processes and reporting
  • Support and champion the use of Sales Force Marketing Cloud best practices and provide training to others.
  • Collaborate with the EMEA Business Analyst to gather and interpret meaningful data, identify issues or trends, and turn these into tactical marketing initiatives
  • Oversee and advise all CRM and MQL projects run in the region

REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • +3 years’ experience in a CRM or email specialist role
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Experience managing internal customer databases and building attraction and retention programs
  • Experience building and/or managing Marketing Qualified Leads strategy and processes
  • Comfortable with manipulating data and using it to identify Marketing opportunities and improve ROI.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and Ampscript
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. The EMEA Marketing team works and communicate in English. Other European languages are a plus.
  • Outstanding project management and organizational skills, including the ability to manage your own time and prioritise multiple tasks
  • Strong creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively create strong relationships with co-workers across functions and geographies. We are looking for someone who works well with everyone and on whom people feel they can rely.
