Conversion Optimization Specialist


¿Are yo apasionante about driving digital growth and optimizing user journeys? At Hays, we are looking for a Conversion Optimization Specialist to join an innovative team and play a key role in maximizing en línea performance across all digital touchpoints (Desktop, Mobile, Aplicación).
Your Responsibilities
  • Prospecto the implementation and configurar of CRO tools to achieve ambitious conversion goals.
  • Designo and ejecute estrategias to improve conversion rates across digital platforms.
  • Analyze user behavior, website performance, and marketing funnel data to identify and prioritize optimization opportunities.
  • Plan and run A/B and multivariate tests, as well as user experience research, to support data-driven decisions.
  • Leverage analytics tools to monitor performance and reporto on key CRO metrics.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in CRO and AI, applying best practices to deliver measurable results.
  • Collaborate closely with tech, design, and data teams to ensure agile and effective project delivery.
  • Continuously improve the platform to support business objectives and enhance the customer experience.
You will also have the opportunity to:
  • Identify and validase new business opportunities with a Test & Learn approach.
  • Integrare with new business partners to deliver added value to customers.
In summary: You will be a key decision-maker from produce discovery to go-live, always focused on increasing en línea conversion rates.
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 5 years experience in CRO, working closely with development, design, and data teams. Experience in the tourism sector is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Interese in AI and its aplicación to conversion optimization.
  • Hands-on, proactive, problem-solving, and autonomous approach.
  • Fluent in English (French and Spanish are a plus).
