This person will be the owner of the charging solution strategy, the reference contact inside and outside the company and the responsible to develop the most optimized charging solution for the customer/dealer/workshop being supported by strong and reliable relationships and teamwork with our partners/stakeholders in the Emob Market.
This role will train and advise our customers , dealers and workshops on implementing electromobility when comes to charging infrastructure and facilities needs.
Its core tasks are:
- He/She will be the expert and reference person advising on charging strategies, based on route analysis, charging requirements and facilities installations. Working on routes analysis with our simulation tool will sometimes be a must in order to understand route and operation needs and assess solutions and alternatives in order to define the most optimized one for all the involved parties.
- He/She will be the reference outside the company for those stakeholders we have already started working with related to charging solutions: charger manufacturers, installation companies, energy operator, big utility companies.
- Define and negotiate agreements, cooperation frameworks with these companies in order to determine specific ways of working will be a must for us to be able to offer to the final customer the most benefit and optimal solution integrating all the offer items.
- Track these partnerships, assess them regularity, audit them and explore new potential partnerships in this area will be key task for this role.
- Support tech sales rep along the whole commercial definition of the total offer from charging strategy side, adapting the charging proposal to what any new parameters/circumstances may appear along the offer definition. Train them for them to take this knowledge step by step in a near future.
- This role will be the in charge of checking proper charging implementation in customer facilities, by supervising and closely tracking the work made by third party and solving any potential difficulties that may appear.
- This person will be the reference from the Market to the charging specialist team in Sweden in order to support each other to develop best charging strategy and build the know-how.
- He w/She will continuously keep his knowledge of technical innovations, finding opportunities, new legislation and best practice approaches up to date and train the Market regularly to develop their consulting skills in this area,
