Key Tasks:

  • Budget Management:
Collaborate with project stakeholders to develop and maintain project budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Manage project budgets by tracking expenses, forecasting financial outcomes, and generating regular financial reports, including cost & pricing analysis and variance analysis.

  • Financial Performance Monitoring:
Monitor and report on financial performance, providing strategic guidance to senior management and stakeholders.
Conduct in-depth financial analysis, identifying financial risks associated with projects and developing risk mitigation strategies.

  • Cost Control and Pricing Contribution:
Contribute to the pricing process by analyzing costs and providing insights to support competitive pricing strategies.
Monitor project costs and identify areas for improvement to enhance profitability.

  • Accounting Oversight:
Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, payroll, and financial reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Identify and post monthly accounting adjustments and perform monthly reporting to the group.

  • Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and accounting principles.
Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and adhere to financial regulations and company policies.

  • Audit Coordination:
Coordinate and manage external audits, collaborating with external auditors and tax advisors to facilitate audit processes and ensure accurate and timely tax filings.

Key Working Relation:

  • Reporting Structure: You will report to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), ensuring alignment with the overall financial strategy of the organization.
  • Collaboration with Finance Team: The individual is expected to work closely with the finance team to coordinate financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve common goals.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Engage and collaborate with various departments across the organization, including operations, sales, and project management, to ensure financial objectives are met and aligned with departmental strategies.
  • External and Internal Communication: Maintain regular communication with other companies within the group and external stakeholders, including auditors, tax advisors, and funding agencies, to facilitate financial processes and ensure compliance.
Skills & Qualifications:

  • M.S. degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar.
  • Experience with audits in finance. 2-3 years of experience
  • Medium-high level of English, both written and spoken.
  • Capability to achieve jointly developed goals and deadlines. Capability to work autonomously in between periodic check-ins with superiors. Ability to re-prioritize actions in an agile manner towards the joint goals.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
