Account Executive – DACH Market
Join a fast-growing tech company that empowers businesses with cutting-edge search solutions for a commerce company. We're seeking a driven and self-motivated Account Executive to help expand our presence in the DACH region.
Your Role
- Drive new business by identifying and engaging potential clients.
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions via calls and emails.
- Collaborate with sales specialists to generate and convert leads.
- Present proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Track pipeline progress and meet sales targets.
Requirements
- +2 years of outbound B2B sales experience, ideally with SMBs.
- Proven success managing the full sales cycle.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- EU work permit required.
Preferred
- Background in SaaS, eCommerce, or digital marketing.
- Experience in fast-paced tech environments.
- Analytical mindset and knowledge of sales metrics.
- Understanding of search technologies or digital retail tools.
Languages
- Native German
- Fluent in English or Spanish
