Account Executive DACH

Account Executive – DACH Market
Join a fast-growing tech company that empowers businesses with cutting-edge search solutions for a commerce company. We're seeking a driven and self-motivated Account Executive to help expand our presence in the DACH region.

Your Role
  • Drive new business by identifying and engaging potential clients.
  • Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions via calls and emails.
  • Collaborate with sales specialists to generate and convert leads.
  • Present proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
  • Track pipeline progress and meet sales targets.

Requirements
  • +2 years of outbound B2B sales experience, ideally with SMBs.
  • Proven success managing the full sales cycle.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • EU work permit required.

Preferred
  • Background in SaaS, eCommerce, or digital marketing.
  • Experience in fast-paced tech environments.
  • Analytical mindset and knowledge of sales metrics.
  • Understanding of search technologies or digital retail tools.

Languages
  • Native German
  • Fluent in English or Spanish
