We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP Consultant to join our dynamic team in Tarragona. In this role, you will play a key part in driving the digital transformation of our business processes through the implementation, optimization, and support of SAP solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across Europe, Asia, and the Americas to ensure SAP systems align with business goals and deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage SAP projects and enhancements across various modules (e.g., SD, MM, PP, FI/CO, PM).
Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
Design, configure, test, and implement SAP functionalities and integrations.
Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for SAP-related issues.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.
Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users and key users.
Stay current with SAP innovations and recommend improvements aligned with industry best practices.
Ensure compliance with internal standards, data security, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP consulting, with at least 2 full-cycle implementations.
Deep knowledge of one or more SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, PP, PM).
Strong understanding of business processes in manufacturing, logistics, or industrial sectors.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
Fluent in English; Spanish and/or German is a plus.
