Your new role

As a Cluster HR Business Partner for the Commercial Business in Iberia (Spain and Portugal), you will lead the HR function for the region. Reporting to the HR Director for the region, you will align the people agenda with the broader regional strategy and act as a strategic HR partner to leaders and managers. You'll oversee HR services for employees across Spain and Portugal and support teams with a regional scope.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a commercial environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation in Spain.
• Fluency in Catalan and English, with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience managing teams and collaborating on strategic initiatives.
• Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office.
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills are essential.
