They are expanding the team looking for experienced Solution Architect to join an international team.

Your new responsibilities:

• You will develop teams and help them to develop the agile mindset.
• You will lead the agile transformation.
• You will promote the continuous optimization of team processes and offer support in implementation, even across team boundaries.
• You live the agile values and principles.
• You will promote transparency and help to stablish feedback culture.

What you´ll bring:

• Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
• Experience with IT/Telecom projects
• Broad understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, among others)
• Experience with IT technologies
• Advanced English
• German and Spanish will be a plus.
