Site Manager for mechanical installations expatriates to Jamaica.

We are looking for a site manager to manage the mechanical installation of a tertiary works in Jamaica. The profile must have the specialization and experience of having worked with mechanical installations in an installation company for tertiary works (hospitals, hotels, schools, ...).

It is important that the person has a fluent level of English as it is the vehicular language at the destination.

Functions:

- Support the technical directors in the programming and planning of the works.

- Layout of the final project of the works (calculations, plans, assembly, etc.).

- Selection of suppliers and subcontractors with the collaboration of the production manager.

- Completion of purchase requests and stockpiling of the necessary materials.

- Monthly cost control of the works, as well as invoicing, settlement and closure of the work.

- Coordination with draftsmen for the preparation of definitive plans.

- Supervising the correct assembly and finishing of the installations.

- Final supervision of the commissioning of the installations.

- Documenting all variations required by the owner or proposed and accepted by the owner.

What you will need to fit the position

We need you to have previous experience in the management of mechanical installations in tertiary work from an installation company, a technical engineering background and a fluent level of English.
