Hays Technology is collaborating with a team of Kubernetes Experts from Germany. Over several years they have been defining processes and services that enable their partners and clients to embrace Kubernetes as efficiently as possible. Introducing and operating Kubernetes can be complex, which is why they offer innovative solutions that go beyond Kubernetes.

We are looking for a Software Developer C# to join their team.

What will your duties be?

• Configure and manage the Kubernetes clusters to ensure efficient deployment and scaling of applications.
• Develop Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) pipelines, thereby ensuring the smooth deployment of applications on Kubernetes.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of the applications in the Kubernetes environment.
• Identifying and fixing errors and failures in the application infrastructure.
• Work with the DevOps team to ensure applications run reliably and securely.
• Stay up to date on new developments and best practices in the Kubernetes and C# area and bring this knowledge to your team.

What are the requirements?

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Demonstrable experience in developing applications with C# and .NET Framework/ .NET Core.
• Knowledge of containerising applications with Docker.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD or similar tools.
• Experience working with microservices architectures.
• Good knowledge of using source code management (SCM) tools such as Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Team oriented attitude and excellent communication skills.
• English Speaker , nice to have German.
