IT Support & Infrastructure Specialist

HAYS Technology collaborates with a multinational leader of self-storage business with exponential growth in recent years.
I'm looking for an IT Support & Infra Specialist with +3 years of experience on similar position, able to coordinate and supervise the department.

Requirements:

  • Intermediate or Higher Level Training Cycle in Microcomputer Systems and Networks, Administration of Networked Computer Systems or similar.
  • +3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems, networks, servers, hardware and software.
  • Availability to travel occasionally and perform on-call duty.
  • Languages: Native Spanish and Advanced English.
  • Availability to travel occasionally and perform on-call duty.

Functions:

  • Make visits and travel to all the countries they are in often.
  • Participate in projects for the implementation, migration or renewal of computer equipment and systems.
  • Install, configure and update computer equipment and systems, both hardware and software.
  • N1 and On-site Support Coordination
