The Head of B2B Vertical is a pivotal role responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of our B2B sales initiatives targeting the hospitality industry and other customer service-focused sectors.

The successful candidate will manage a team of regional B2B sales professionals, develop and implement strategic sales plans, and serve as the Global Key Account Manager, securing high-value global deals and ensuring their regional execution.

The primary objective is to promote and sell our comprehensive suite of standard and bespoke digital and physical programs designed to enhance employee soft skills and customer service excellence.

Minimum of 10 years of B2B sales experience, with a strong background in the hospitality or customer service industries
