Remote Role

One of the most prestigious educational institutions within its sector is seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Academic Director
to join his team.


The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the quality of our academic programs, ensuring they meet the highest standards of excellence.
Responsibilities:
  • Program Development: Design and oversee the implementation of academic programs and courses that meet industry standards and accreditation requirements.
  • Faculty Management: Hire, train, and manage faculty members to ensure high-quality teaching and student engagement.
  • Academic Policies: Coordinate and implement policies and procedures related to academic affairs.
  • Faculty Support: Provide guidance and support to faculty in areas of teaching, research, and service.
  • Academic Excellence: Lead efforts to promote academic excellence and innovation.
  • Resource Management: Manage academic budgets and resources.
  • Academic Services: Oversee academic services such as tutoring, academic advising, and professional development.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and regulations.


Requirements:
  • Education: Ph.D-Master’s or Doctorate degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: Previous administrative experience in higher education and curriculum development.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Financial Management: Ability to manage budgets and conduct financial analysis.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve problems effectively.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changes and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Language:
    Fluent English and French speaker
