Marketing and Communications Manager global
We are looking for a senior marketing and communications professional with solid experience in industrial environments, preferably within the automotive or e-mobility sectors. This person will be responsible for leading the global brand and communications strategy, with a hands-on approach to campaign execution, lead generation, public relations, and events.
The role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and strong execution skills. You will work closely with the Marketing Director, managing external agencies and collaborating with technical teams to position the brand and generate business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement the global marketing and communications plan.
- Ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity across all channels.
- Create engaging content for digital campaigns, social media, newsletters, presentations, videos, and corporate materials.
- Manage the brand’s digital and offline presence.
- Lead the calendar of physical and virtual events (trade shows, conferences, etc.).
- Develop lead generation strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Coordinate PR activities and relationships with media and industry influencers.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare efficiency and ROI reports.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to understand products and their value propositions.
Required Profile
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, ideally in sectors such as automotive, industrial technology, or e-mobility.
- Proven experience in integrated campaigns, content creation, and brand management.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong skills in creative writing, storytelling, and visual communication.
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Experience managing external agencies and vendors.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of the automotive sector or experience with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, social media platforms, and AI-based marketing solutions.
- Experience in industrial B2B marketing.
- Ability to interpret market data and conduct strategic benchmarking.
